An expert in "getting things done," Andy was the lead instructional designer for FranklinCovey's The 4 Disciplines of Execution. He lead the team that designed the Work Compass, Measurement Builder, and Importance Screen tools used in that methodology.

Andy brings a wealth of experience working with organizations that are serious about achieving great results. He pushes himself and the teams he works with very hard to ensure success while his engaging sense of humor and enthusiasm for life help make the experience as enjoyable as it is powerful. Since 1999, Andy has worked as a facilitator and senior consultant for various clients in the software, insurance, hospitality, banking, construction, healthcare, chemical, mortgage, technology, telecom, energy, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. He has also worked with branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, the National Guard, and several U.S. government departments and agencies. Additionally, Andy is a highly rated keynote speaker.

Andy has first-hand experience in owning and operating a successful business focused on designing instructional materials, training methodologies, strategies, websites, and marketing materials. Andy began his career in education as a teacher and coach, eventually becoming a high school principal and school district and community resource director.
