R. William "Bill" Bennett uses stories of everyday, great human character to reach the hearts of his clients and motivate them to achieve their goals.

Bill Bennett spent 31 years in business, including many years as an executive of various companies and most recently as President of FranklinCovey's Organizational Solutions Business Unit. Bill's insight into challenges faced by executives in fast-paced environments helps his clients identify tools and techniques they can implement to improve productivity, quality, and retention of customers and employees alike.

Before joining FranklinCovey, Bill served as President of Folio Software Company and PowerQuest Software Company. During his tenure as President of PowerQuest, the company was named the fastest-growing Utah company and the top Utah company for employee retention. Earlier in his career, Bill managed a marketing department in IBM's Western Region, where IBM recognized him as the top marketing manager in the region.

In 2009, Bill decided to fulfill his passion for writing, teaching, and consulting.
