Carsten Lindgaard is a Regional Practice Leader within The 4 Disciplines of Execution working with clients in FranklinCovey's Central Region. Carsten is a specialist on implementing The 4 Disciplines of Execution process to equip leaders with the mindset, skillset, and toolset that will enable teams to create high engagement and breakthrough performance.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Carsten led a successful expansion of EG (a subsidiary of IBM) in Norway and established the company in the Swedish market. In 1998, he moved to Denmark as head of the company's SAP department, and used The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as a tool to strengthen the team's performance.

Carsten joined the FranklinCovey team in early 2000. Carsten started as a Partner and led growth in the Nordic region for the next decade. In 2003, Carsten was among the first International Partners to embrace The 4 Disciplines of Execution, and has since used the process to drive behavior change with many clients around the world.

Carsten has worked with companies including John Deere, Allina Health, Regis Corp., Old Mutual, Pandora, Carlsberg, Pfizer Animal Health, Johnson & Johnson, Maersk, Microsoft, DuPont, Jeld-Wen and LEGO. He has worked with leaders and led sessions in multiple countries including the United States, China, Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Algeria, Thailand, Israel, Turkey, South Africa and throughout Europe.

Carsten received an Executive Coach Certification and diploma in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. In addition to Carsten's technical background from Aarhus Technical University, he is committed to his continued personal development.

Carsten resides in both Chicago and Denmark with his lovely wife of 17 years. They are the proud parents of two children. In Carsten's free time, he enjoys spending time on the tennis court, in the fitness room or reading a good book.
