Chuck Farnsworth was an original founding owner of the Covey Leadership Center (later merged with Franklin Quest to become FranklinCovey). In his role as Executive Vice President of the Education Division, Chuck led the early development efforts for the division and is responsible for many of the products and services it offers. Chuck is now a senior consultant.
Clients appreciate Chuck's straightforward style coupled with his keen sense of humor. They value his expertise in management, interpersonal relations, finance, collective bargaining, and leadership training. Chuck has earned national recognition as a lecturer, teacher, and facilitator. Chuck's clients represent many organizations in the private and public sector. He has been particularly effective in fostering unique relationships between educational institutions and private corporations including the pharmaceutical, gas and oil, utilities, and telecommunications industries.
Prior to his work at FranklinCovey, Chuck served as an education administrator, consultant, and grant writer; he also founded and was president of his own consulting firm. In addition, Chuck worked on the Nova Project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which implemented an innovative approach to individualized instruction.
