Jannick Pedersen is the Managing Partner at FranklinCovey Nordic Approach, responsible for developing the FranklinCovey licensee in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland. Before joining FranklinCovey, he held various executive positions for several international firms, including: AMSCO, Chairman and Board Member, Danish Business Research Academy, Chairman, and The Danish Management, Board Chairman.
At the outset of his career, Jannick founded DanEduc, a global consulting firm focused on institutional development, human resources, and management development. He served as the DanEduc chief executive officer until selling the firm to Grontmij|Carl Bro, a civil engineering company. At that time, he joined the executive staff at Carl Bro as executive director and later as group director.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Roskilde University, Jannick earned his master's degree in Macroeconomics from Copenhagen University in Denmark. He was featured in the television series Mission Leadership on the Danish channel DR2, and he has spoken at numerous conferences on Leadership, Time Management, and Knowledge Capital Management. His client list includes Microsoft, Maersk, Danfoss, and Telia, as well as international organizations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Labor Organization (ILO) at the UN, and the World Bank.
