Nugroho Supangat believes great performance occurs when good habits are well nurtured within a good habitat. To that end, he is currently the Chairman and Knowledge Fellow of Dunamis Organization Services and is certified by FranklinCovey as a Master Facilitator for Indonesia. Nugroho has been the Indonesian licensee of FranklinCovey since 1992.

Before joining Dunamis in 1992, Nugroho was the Managing Director of PT Infodata Indonesia/Data General, a commissioner at PT American Express Travel Indonesia, the Marketing and Sales Director of American Express Bank TRS, the Commissioner of PT Sarana Solusindo Informatika, and the Director of PT Panca Infosoft. He has also worked in various fields, including education and research in New Zealand, Singapore, and Indonesia. While working at American Express, he was included in the Who's Who of Indonesian Executives of 1991.

At Dunamis, Nugroho facilitates various programs such as 7 Habits, Leadership Greatness, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and Organizational Effectiveness Cycle. He has consulted and facilitated for more than 100 of Indonesia's Blue Chip national and multinational companies. His clients include Vico, Ocnoco, Newmont, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Bank of Indonesia, Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga, Citibank, Coca Cola, Otsuka Indonesia, American Express, Freeport, Accenture, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, IBM, Bank Permata, ABN Amro, Bank Central Asia, ASEAN Secretariat, and PT Telkom.

In 2001, Nugroho co-founded the Dunamis Foundation, a not-forprofit organization that endeavors to establish a civil society in Indonesia through education. He is a fluent public speaker who was educated in France, Indonesia, and New Zealand. He holds a master's degree in International Politics and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
