Paulo Kretly has spent many years helping multinational organizations increase their productivity and effectiveness by practicing sound leadership principles.
Paulo Kretly has worked as General Manager and Marketing Director in a number of multinational corporations, such as Novell Inc./WordPerfectCorp. and IBM. He is currently the president of FranklinCovey Brazil, where he is responsible for the company's operations.
A specialist in topics such as leadership, management, and productivity, Paulo wrote the book Leave a Legacy, which was first published in 2005 and has since sold thousands of copies. Paulo's clients appreciate his "leave a legacy" approach to business consulting, both as beneficiaries and implementers of these principles. His client list includes Embraer, Volkswagen, Caterpillar, Kimberly Clark, Novartis, and Faber Castell.
Major speaking engagements for Paulo include Expomanagement in São Paulo, Brazil for the years 2005-2009; Supere Business Event in Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2008; and the Round Table Communication event at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan in the United States.
Paulo serves as a member of the Brigham Young University Management Society Advisory Board.
