José Gabriel "Pepe" Miralles Estribí is a senior consultant in the International FranklinCovey Leadership Processes and Execution Division with more than 12 years of experience. He is a member of the International FranklinCovey Global Team for Strategies and the FranklinCovey Center for Advanced Research Counseling Board.
Pepe co-founded FranklinCovey Organizational Services in 1994 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of FranklinCovey Organizational Services for Northern Latin America and the West Caribbean Area (Panama, Central America, Mexico, and West Caribbean). In 2007 and 2008 he acquired both the Mexico and Chile operations, respectively.
In 2006 Pepe was a member of the National Scrutiny Staff (Junta Nacional de Escrutinio) for the Panama Canal Enlargement Referendum. He acted as the Panama Sur Rotary Club President during the 2006-2007 term and as the AmCham Vice President during the same period. He also served as the AmCham President for the 2008-2009 term. He has been a member of the Administrative Board for the Citizen Power Movement (Poder Ciudadano) and of the Global Alliance Net (Red of Pacto Global).
Educated as a civil engineer and an expert in leadership principles, Pepe has been a speaker at conventions for numerous organizations, a guest on various television programs, and is the author of dozens of articles.
