Sue Dathe-Douglas is an expert in organizational design and development with a focus on “return to reality” tools and processes.

Sue, or “Sue DD” as she is known, is passionate about delivering FranklinCovey content using a hands-on approach. Clients can immediately “return to reality” armed with new thinking and processes that produce long-term results for individuals and organizations. As Director of Global Sales and Delivery Effectiveness in the Phoenix area, Sue is a senior management consultant.
Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Sue spent 24 years with McDonald’s Corporation as an internal organizational design and development consultant. She was responsible for strategic planning, operational integration, and quality management in the Atlanta Region. She was also instrumental in helping McDonald’s with their ongoing cultural, quality, and organizational transformation efforts.
Sue’s clients value the results she consistently produces. She works with the banking and finance, retail, pharmaceutical, technology, home building, hotel, and food and beverage industries. Sue also works with institutions of higher education as well as a number of state and federal agencies.
Sue was awarded McDonald’s President’s Award — a once-in-a-lifetime honor-for outstanding achievement. She was also inducted into the McDonald’s Hall of Fame for her ongoing long-term contributions to the organization. She has been named a member of FranklinCovey’s President’s Club three times for her excellent work.
